Contents Insurance
In most blocks you will find there are contents and decorations belonging to the landlord or RMC in the common parts of the property. Correctly insuring these items can be difficult as they are not included within any of the individual properties so most contents policies will not cover them.
It is easy to miss these contents when setting up your block insurance policy and the value can soon add up if there is a claim. The contents of the communal areas should be included as a part of your block insurance.
